Simply explained: Your new heating system

Dear tenants, we would like to inform you: Your heating system is being replaced. During the work, it may sometimes be a little noisy or uncomfortable for you. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience!

Heat pumps from PAUL

What's new?

The PAUL Net Zero heating system uses modern heat pumps and is digitally controlled. For you, this means no higher heating costs due to the transition. The new technology is quiet, good for the environment and safe for the future.

What is a heat pump?

The heat pump draws warmth from the outside air and heats your home – without oil or gas. It works like a refrigerator, only the other way round: it takes heat from the air and feeds it into the heating system.

What does the company PAUL Tech do?

The new heating system consumes much less energy than old oil or gas heating systems. PAUL monitors and controls the heating automatically: hot water and heat are always regulated appropriately.

And the best part:

The new heating technology ensures a reliable supply of heat and hot water – you are always up to date with the latest technology.

The heat pump is no louder than a refrigerator, and PAUL Tech takes care of the control – fully automatically!

With the new heating system, we use clean energy and emit significantly less CO₂ – together we contribute to protecting our environment.

Advantages of new heating technology for you

Even if the construction work can sometimes be unpleasant, the new heating system has many advantages that you will enjoy for a long time:

  • Good for the environment - the heat pump uses heat from the air, completely without oil or gas.
  • Safe for the future - you are protected from increasingly expensive fuels such as oil or gas.
  • Quiet technology - the heat pumps are insulated and cannot be heard in your home.
  • Better for your home - your building now has a much better energy standard.

What can happen during the work

  • People are digging and building outside. Sometimes it can get loud.
  • In some cellars, pipes are being laid or meters checked. We may also need access to your basement for this.
  • Hot water can sometimes fail briefly. We will do our best to keep any inconvenience as short as possible.

Thank you for your understanding!

Frequently asked questions - simple answers

  • So we can comply with all building and noise regulations.

Why are there several heat pumps?

  • So that there is enough heat for the whole house.

Will my heating bill change?

  • No. You will continue to receive your heating cost statement from your landlord.
