1. collection and processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of processing

When visiting the website Every time a user (or other visitor) accesses our website and every time a file is retrieved, data about this process is stored in a log file. The storage is used exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes.

When using the login area:

If you have a user account created by us, you can log in to your personal area. You will need your e-mail address and password. This is not stored on our server. For verification, we use a so-called hash check value that does not allow your password to be reconstructed.

2. use and disclosure of personal data

Your data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your data to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent to this (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR)
  • this is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR)
  • there is a legal obligation to pass on the data (Art. 6 para.1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR)
  • the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR).
