PAUL Tech AG Secures Strategic Investment from Searchlight Capital Partners

Mannheim, April 21, 2026 – PAUL Tech AG (“PAUL” or the “Company”) has received a strategic investment from Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. (“Searchlight”), a leading global private investment firm, to finance the company’s further growth.
Under the agreement, PAUL Tech AG has been provided with a €40 million structured capital solution. Closing of the transaction took place on March 24, 2026. With Searchlight, PAUL has gained a strong financing partner to further accelerate the roll-out of its PAUL Net Zero product - an integrated technology platform combining AI-driven energy optimization with highly efficient heat pump systems.

PAUL Tech AG, based in Mannheim, is a decentralized heat provider for existing residential buildings. The company replaces fossil-based heating systems with a heat pump solution combined with its proprietary AI-based control technology (PAUL Net Zero) and is responsible for operation and heat supply.
