Celler Bau- und Sparvereins eG (CBS) is taking a significant step towards the future: In collaboration with PAUL Tech, the latest AI-controlled heating systems are being implemented in its residential complexes. This groundbreaking cooperation promises to drastically increase energy efficiency and significantly reduce the carbon footprint.
Intelligent Control for Optimal Heat Distribution
The core of the innovation is an AI system that optimizes the hydraulic balance of the central heating systems in real time. This smart technology continuously adjusts the heat distribution to the actual demand. The result: Every apartment receives precisely the required amount of heat – no more, no less. This maximization of efficiency minimizes energy waste and contributes to cost savings.
Digital Twins: The Future of Heating Monitoring
Another milestone is the creation of digital twins of the heating systems. These virtual replicas enable real-time monitoring and control, allowing immediate responses to changes. This not only boosts efficiency but also increases the reliability and lifespan of the systems.
Ambitious Goals for a Greener Future
CBS has set an ambitious goal: an annual saving of up to 100 tons of CO2. Timo Wright, Chairman of CBS, emphasizes: “Together with PAUL Tech, we are making a clear statement for sustainability and innovation in Celle.” This partnership highlights the commitment of both companies to a more environmentally friendly and cost-effective future in housing. Additionally, CBS complies with the German Building Energy Act (GEG) regulations by using PAUL.
By combining cutting-edge technology with responsible action, the cooperation between CBS and PAUL Tech paves the way for a new era of energy-efficient living in Celle.
