The former ACTAQUA GmbH was converted into a stock corporation on 15.03.2022, preserving its identity, and operated under the name PAUL Tech AG until 9.08.2022. Since then, the company has operated under the name PAUL Tech AG. The notices and documents published here continue to use the company name ACTAQUA GmbH, which was correct at the time of publication.
